1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kiss mobile application, visiting the pairrlabs.com website, or submitting information through our contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pairr labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with a registered address at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, SE19 3BD, United Kingdom.

2. Service Description

Kiss is a mobile dating application powered by AI-driven matching technology. The pairrlabs.com website provides information about our company and products, and includes a contact form for enquiries.

Kiss is a platform that facilitates introductions between users. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, match quality, or that you will find a partner through our Services.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Kiss, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain only one account per person

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@pairrlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Services respectfully and lawfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating other users
• Creating fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Posting illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
• Soliciting money, promoting commercial services, or sending spam
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our Services
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise our systems or security
• Sharing other users' personal information without their consent
• Using the Services for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and referral to law enforcement.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services (photos, biography, messages, and other materials). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, the Kiss brand, and our underlying matching algorithms — are owned by pairr labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Kiss may offer premium features through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings or app store account
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store platform

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not screen or vet users and make no representations about the character, intentions, or reliability of any user. You interact with other users at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pairr labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services or any interactions with other users.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the safety of other users. We will notify you of the reason for termination where practicable.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Data deletion following account termination is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at legal@pairrlabs.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern informally within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this does not affect your statutory rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be overridden by these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Kiss app, by email, or by posting a notice on our website. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
